3Sadly, the hygienists were kind, but the office slammed us a year after two simple cleanings with an almost $200 bill. As of May 2017, they elected to not participate in tricare, but did not tell their patients and billed a higher rate than the insurance company pays for a simple cleaning. They are refusing any fault and the office manager has stated she would call back and I am still waiting to hear from her.
