My son had his braces put on April 9, 2010. He still has them on today (February 10, 2015). He was scheduled for 30 months. The orthodontists have changed four times in the last five years and each blamed the lack of progress on the previous dentist. The office manager said the lack of progress was due to two (2) missed appointments when I couldn't make the monthly payment. He has transferred to another dentist and his teeth look amazing! He is scheduled to have his braces off in the next couple months after only six (6) months of treatment. The office staff at Arrowhead is friendly, but the management is awful. They have refused to refund the money paid for retainers that they will not be making ($750). We are forced to repay for them through the new orthodontist. We are looking at legal consequences for a botched oral surgery that left my son needing a bone graft in the roof of his mouth. For cleaning and general dentistry, I had no problems, but due to the policies and the office manager, I would do research before allowing this office to work on my grandchildren's teeth.
