I liked the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth and x rayed them . How ever I did Not like the Dr. Nor the Office Manager . The Dr. wasn't American & I couldn't Understand Him . He didn't explain anything to me told me really fast what I needed done . Didn't even give me a chance to ask questions . I am very Dissatisfied in my experience at Secure Dental. I'm on Medicaid and Not everything is covered and so The prices of dental work are out the roof and if your in hard times No credit card company is going to approve you . and the only thing offered there was dental care credit . I'm not rich and I don't have Money Trees Floating around so there for I cant choke up 1000 dollars !!!! The Desk staff up front when You checked in wasn't helpful at all !! as a matter of fact they sat there on there Cell phones as people were coming in . Very unprofessional in my opinion . Chair side Manner and hospitality make all the difference . I'm scared to death of Dentist and No one there Made me feel relaxed or welcome at all !!! Horrible experience over all !!! Nothing was explained as to what was happening next they just did it like I was suppose to know ... again Hospitality & chair side manner make all the difference !!!

I had an awesome experience at Secure Dental, from my first encounter, which was scheduling an appointment, to the actual visit. The staff at the front was very friendly. Dr. Iacob and Rachel made this experience extra great by explaining to me every step that they needed to take in order to get the tooth that was causing me pain out. I will be recommending others. Thanks again Secure Dental your the best.

Dr. Ioana is such a great dentist, you can actually tell she cares about you. also she has such a light hand, im not scared to come to the dentist anymore.

Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. They had children toys in the waiting room which kept my 17 month old occupied. TV was playing Disney movie and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Xray specialist and doctor were very fast and professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall this was a great first time experience for my husband and me.
