Had appt with Dr Paradee on June 24th. Needed to get a pre-estimate from insurance. Called Dr. Paradee\'s office today (August 1) to find out status. Receptionist said it was \"Pending\" but couldn\'t give the date they submitted it but would \"submit it again\". Thought it was strange she couldn\'t give me the date so I called my insurance company who said they did NOT get a pre-estimate! So called dentist\'s office back to ask what the story was because they were obviously NOT being truthful with me, line went straight to the manager who pretty much confirmed that they didn\'t send in the pre-estimate! The problem is that this was very time-sensitive & the tooth is now probably not viable to do have a cap put on!! All she said in a very casual way like it\'s no big deal, is that they would submit the pre-estimate & get me in, in a month! I guess lying to patients & a patient\'s lossof a tooth is OK to them. It doesn\'t reflect well on Dr Paradee either. Think twice before going here.
