Dr. Daniella Salomon, DDS

Dr Salomon has been my family dentist for over 20 years and if you are looking for a dentist that is honest and VERY proficient in her, look no further. When you sit in her chair, she is very thorough from start to finish, while taking the time to explain EVERYTHING to you as she do what she does best. My family and Love her as a person and more as our family dentist and would follow her to the moon and back if we had to. #PatientForLife #AleciaH .

Pembroke Square Dental

This office is the worst. They are scammers and will do their best to rip you off. My first visit they prepared a treatment plan that was almost $8000.00 with my insurance not covering anything. When I reviewed my benefits and the services they included in the treatment plan. I told the lady before my appointment that the codes didn’t match my benefits codes. Per her send her my benefits, she will review it and call me back. Of course the day of the appointment the customer before me walked out with discuss. I guess the lady assumed I forgot of the discussion a couple of days ago. No ma’am I asked her about the codes and prices. Per front desk lady she simply said she reviewed my benefits and everything was correct except one thing. I brought to the front desk lady attention that it was not. When I pulled out my benefits and how my plan works. She was shocked and displayed an instant attitude. I expressed that the services you are charging is extremely higher than my benefits. One service on the plan was the exact same on my benefits. When I pointed it to her attention. She said no that’s not the same thing. Then I advised her if a treatment plan is over $300 the treatment plan is to be sent to my health insurance. Ms.Lady tells me they do not have to submit the treatment plan to my insurance nor can I tell them what to do in my mouth. Yes ma’am I can it’s my mouth and money. I expressed to the dentist of what I wanted done. The dentist is just going to do everything outside of my desire. This dentist office failed to realize some of these services on the treatment plan. I’m not a candidate for due to my health condition. My health condition was expressed on the first day. I did my research on the service and they first thing that pops up. A person with my health condition should not have this particular service done. Especially without having additional tests performed. Back to the front desk lady. I wasn’t going to go back and forward with her. I told her to refund my $100.00 that I had to pay to hold my appointment. Who charges a payment to make and hold appointments. I would rather go to another dentist that is trustworthy and listen to the patient. What kind of dentist provides a treatment plan without performing a oral evaluation? My first visit they didn’t perform any service but they sent me way a two prescriptions. The second visit the exact same thing. This visit I walked away from this office and reported them to the American Dental Association. I’m warning you if your in pain, need a cleaning or just a regular check up. Keep strolling past this office. They are the worst of the worst. There are other dentist on my plan and in the area. Don’t do it and don’t waste your time at scam-ville Pembroke Square Dental. Believe me I am going to expose this office on every platform there is.

ADDENDUM: I was contemplating of him doing my Dental crown now that I have the time (Retired) but after the procedure I decided to find another dentist. He does not deserve my $20,000 - $25,000. (a charge that he mentioned)..

I was at Dr. David Hernandez at 680 university Pembroke Pines 08/14 /2023 for tooth Extraction. This is the worst dentist I have ever been, him and his dental aide keep laughing the entire procedure because they are laughing so hard his extraction instrument slipped a couple of times I was very concern. A graduate of Nova south eastern university who does not have a good manner at bedside to me is very disrespectful. I read a good review but I think mostly Hispanic. Maybe they treat you diferrently when you are not Hispanic. I think that's bad. They want me to sign something after the procedure with out explaining it. His staff are rude..

Dr. Monica Agudelo, DDS

Do not expect great customer service and expect to be hustled for your money. The Dr's and Dental Hygienist are condescending and unfriendly. The office staff are very unprofessional. The energy in this office is off! One can tell that there are office politics, and the environment is toxic. Advice: -Great organizational culture and tone starts from the top. Drs. should treat their employees better so that customers can be treated better. -Patient Care and empathy should be the #1 priority, not money-making opportunities. -Discuss Patient Diagnosis and Treatment privately and not in front of Office/Admin Staff. -Smile with your customers often and make them feel welcomed. -Never leave customers waiting for long periods of time and communicate if there will be long waits..

Dr. Marielba Maniglia, DMD

Very disappointed! I found them on my dental insurance doctor search. The place is nice and clean but all they do is making money on unnecessary treatments. I had the same dentist for over 10 years before I moved to Florida and he always told me that I have healthy mouth, no cavities. When I came to BGR Dental, after the x-rays and the exam, Doctor Marielba D Maniglia said that I have no cavities which is true, but she also said that I need to replace 20(!!!) fillings because it is time to do.
