I spoke to the receptionist to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I voiced some genuine health issues regarding their use of X-Rays and whether or not we can transfer the patient file containing my most recent X-Rays from my previous dentist. She stated that they will order X-Rays indiscriminately and if I had a problem with that to find another dentist and then hung up on me. This tells me that this office relies completely on x-rays (unhealthy, but billable) to find cavities instead of radiation-free professional probing methods..
I made an appointment to see the dentist as my tooth had so much pain it had its own zip code!!! Was seen the SAME day!!! Saw an amazing dentist, Dr Ana Suarez. She took me out of pain, needed a root canal, but have NO pain now!!! She is so gentle and caring! The woman at the desk who helped me, Susan, was so helpful and kind. The assistant who took my X-ray and dealt with my nervous self was so kind.. HIGHLY recommend!!!.

Great Dentist. Great Staff too. They made my Son feel very comfortable and it was very endearing to see Dr. Markos come out and play a round of video games when he had some time to spare with my Son. Best of all my Son never even felt pain when his cavity was filled..
