Dr. Guinn was initially warm and friendly, but that all stops once you sign the contract. Very poor patient care and communication. She recommended a Herbst device that made my daughter's mouth swell with infection and painful oozing sores. We tired several times with it on and off per her advice, always with same result. They lumped this charge of $950 in with the original $5,500, so we had to pay for all that suffering. Trays are often late. We have been waiting for months for new ones.
