Showed up hour early for new patient appt. Office mgr told me, you are early leave. Came back 35 min later. Filled out papers. She didn’t like how I did it. I explained I checked n signed. You will make your initials here. I have checked those places and signed my signature is all you need. We went back-and-forth a few times she grab the clipboard she says you no longer have an appointment you leave you’re not going back and treat my employees this way. I didn’t do anything wrong but show up for an appointment early to fill out the paperwork that she is now not happy I didn’t do it as she demanded. She’s a narcissistic, rude, person. I don’t think Dr. Haynes cares one way or another because she was there while all this was going on, and she didn’t come out to deal with it and neither did any of the other staff. I left. I tried to call and leave a message for the doctor, the office manager would not take the message. In fact she told me don’t ever call here again.

Dr Black is trustworthy, kind, thorough, and never suggested unnecessary procedures. I am sorry to hear he is leaving North Country Dental. I wish him only the best in his future endeavors.
