How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
Average dental clinic and so-so reception staff. I only go there twice a year and half the times I've called to schedule an appointment I was left on hold and forgotten about. Face time with an actual dentist varied, but it's usually brief and rushed and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They've been polite and professional, but any attempts to talk about anything outside of the cleaning resulted in being told to make another appointment and/or to talk to a specialist. The dental hygienists varied from excellent to torture depending on which tools they used and their individual skill levels. Lastly, you have to make appointments 2-3 months in advance if you don't want to take off half a day of work.
