Would never recommend this guy and I will not even call him a dentist. He talks a good talk but his work is sloppy and fails. All of his dental work has had to be redone as a result of his poor work. He also is not very clean. And, nobody cares how old your 2nd wife is, grandpa. Leave your personal life personal..
He is an amazing dentist. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating with scheduling appointments. He has a few late nights available for people who work. His services are reasonably priced as well. He has very skilled hands and is very caring towards his patients. His assistant Cody is very talented and experienced as well. I recommend him to many and they have all thanked me..
Dr. Michael Dagostino is an excellent doctor, he is one of those practitioners that have the ability to do it all- from implants, full mouth rebuilds and full orthopedic/ orthodontics. On a personal level i know that Dr. Dagostino is a very generous man since he helped me immigrate to the United states with out him this would have been an impossible dream. Thank you i am forever great full for your gift. Lourens du Preez.
My husband went to see him and felt he was great -- but his office manager/receptionist is another story. He tried to explain our situation to her (he often has to work 6 days a week, sometimes until nighttime because I had to severely cut my hours to take care of our 2 year old son, who is in treatment for leukemia), but she blew him off. He didn't pay that day because she was checking into his insurance. She learned his insurance actually had lapsed so he was responsible for the bill. Fine, no problem -- but we never got an actual statement. Just harassing, passive-agressively insulting voicemails about paying the bill. My husband was never off when they are open, and could not answer his cell at work. As of today it's been paid and it isn't even 30 days past service date quite yet, so we are not thieving irresponsible pariahs here. We are parents of a very sick little boy who did not need this woman being rude and demeaning. To the dentist -- I don't care how long she has worked with you or in the field. This is NOT okay. I worked in the field for 8 years, and we had mandatory customerservice training and had to attend seminars. I think she could use a little refresher. Plus, in the future -- maybe have her MAIL A BILL!! We would have easily had the check mailed before it had to come to this..
