I called with an insurance problem, I think his office staff tries to be as rude as they can be. I asked them to at least ask the Dr. if it could be re billed. Answer was no, that is the way he wrote it down and that is the way it was going to be. I had 4 more appointments that I cancelled. I was ok with the Dr. if you can get thru the front office. Many negative signs on their office windows.I do NOT recommend.
I recieved a letter yesterday that I was "dismissed from the practice" yesterday after missing an appointment a few days prior. This was the first time that I had ever been even so much as late for an appointment. I never recieved the reminder text that I usually get that I rely on from them. Apparently they must have more business than they can handle if this is the way that they treat their customers. Thank you for dismissing me. I will be sure to spread the word on what kind of service to exp.
I was visiting from out of town last week when I had a tooth to break. I Was grateful Dr . Dunn saw me ASAP and did an excellent job filling my tooth. I did not even experience the usual soreness afterwards! It feels so natural. THANK YOU Dr. Dunn and staff for taking good care of me..
I gave him a 2 stars because his staff brings him down to this. He is overbooked and his standard of care has went down hill. We discussed what my treatment was for my visit and he did NOT do it and charged me for it. He was working on three other people and I did NOT get the good quality of care I used to get. We were a third generation family that went here and after the last visit we are NOT coming back He has RUDE receptionists and extremely high prices for the ones who don't have insurance.

I was very impressed with our first visit but after that I was not talked with about anything that was being done unless I asked. Two of my children have just started going here less than a month or so and have missed numerous days of school to go to their appointments. One child has been having horrible pain and has expressed this to the dentist the last couple times she has went but was told it was normal. After having this pain for weeks I called and expressed my concern and they told me she could come in the next day which she did. An X-ray was done and the problem was discovered but not fixed. She was sent home again in pain because it was time for them to close. I am deeply disappointed as I feel this was an emergency. She has not been sleeping well and has been in immense pain having to put an ice pack on her face and trying to do what she needs to do. I am really disappointed that her being in pain wasn’t cared about. It says they do emergencies on their website..
