Great dental staff very friendly and knowledgeable of practices. But like comments mentioned billing department is incompetent and so far from organized in the front desk area. I never write reviews but when I go to a dentist prepared to pay and I'm told I owe little or nothing and months later receive a bill for way more, it is unacceptable, their incompetence it is annoying. Being told I'd be contacted after things were resolved and never was, being told I owe money that I tried to pay upon the time of the appointment but was advised not to is just ridiculous. Pathetic if you ask me. Nothing was resolved I called and I'm still getting one price on the bill in the mail and another from the billing staff. I will be going to another dentist from this point on! Highly unsatisfied customer.

He is wonderful and patience. I highly recommend him.
