My dentist referred me to Dr. Saigusa. He asked a lot of questions and patiently waited for the answers. He confirmed what my dentist suspected was the problem but only a surgeon can correct my ailment. Dr. Saigusa is very emphatic and compassionate. He immediately scheduled my surgery and explained the procedure. His nurse is the best, very kind and treats you like family. I highly recommend Dr. Saigusa to anyone who needs oral or facial surgery.

I was a dental hygienist in East Texas, working for over 10 doctors. When I retired, I chose to continue seeing Britt Ruby. He LISTENS to the concerns of his patients and never seems to be in a hurry to dismiss them from the chair. His staff is super. When a provider has staff that stays together with the practice for 10+ years ... all female except the DR.... there is something positive about the practice.
