2Region Dental should be avoided at all costs. Had the worst customer service experience with Region Dental today. Scheduled an appointment for a replacement upper retainer for my daughter and was quoted a $75 price. Attempted to make arrangements to prepay the fee and was then notified the dentist is required to inspect both upper and lower retainers for a fee of $75 each. Don\'t know how they would do that since my daughter wasn\'t instructed to bring the retainers. Was told by Amanda that it is Oklahoma law. Informed the office manager, Amanda that we only needed the upper but she aggressively pushed the upper and lower replacement. She got really snippy and promptly turned into a passive aggressive Karen. I was polite, low-key (never raised my voice), and courteous and questioned this new information (which appeared to be a bait and switch). Never raised my voice. Was extremely professional. Amanda then calls me rude. Got the impression Amanda is not used to being questioned.
