7After a 4 month wait the day of my visit their X-ray was broken. He took a look and gave notes for a lot of scary terms that I know enough to be concerned. Office told ME to keep calling until their X-ray was fixed and they would fit me in…. Got the scan and was told doctor would call me. “How soon?” They don’t know. “A week ?” They don’t know but doctor will call me. I needed to understand that they are very busy and people are waiting. I understand, I waited 4 months for my visit that didn’t happen. Tim Herre never called. Find someone who cares.
