I chipped my wisdom tooth in a bicycle accident and had it extracted by Dr. Nidhi Pai. Even though it was on a Sunday, she answered the emergency hotline and offered to treat me the same day even though the clinic was closed for the weekend. Since i didn't think it necessary, I declined the offer and got an appointment the next day. I worried about the costs, so she gave me a complimentary examination including several x-rays to establish what needed to be done and to give me a quote. I did not feel pressured in the slightest to go through with her recommendations, even though she had just examined me for free. Being a very nervous patient I was very impressed that the extraction happened almost without me noticing - quick and without pain. Dr. Pai certainly is a highly skilled and very caring person - she even called me in the evening to hear how I was doing! I have never been treated with so much care and professionally by a dentist, and I therefore recommend her to everyone.
