1The office is new, clean, and there is no parking problem. Waiting time was about 40mins. Receptionist were unprofessional and inappropriate (both female receptionist gossip about my urgency in wanting to be attended by "someone", when that "someone" came back from break he was not notify that a client/me needed help) Of course they then became defensive when confronted with my annoying/sarcastic comments. It was not necessary. What happen to Customer Satasfaction, especially in this economy?
