Dr. Won is a top notch dentist. His warmth and honesty is refreshing. I am so grateful to have met him and have had work done by him. It's been a long time since I was at a dental office !! This was one of my best experiences ever ! All staff and the Dr were great very helpful and very nice !! I would recommend them to anyone!!.
I called early in the mooring for an appointment regarding a toothache; they gave me one for the afternoon. I showed up on time and filled out all their paperwork and by the time I got seen was 2 and a half hours later and all they were concerned about was what fillings I needed redone and not my toothache. Turns out I needed to have a root canal redone and they could not help me with that I spent A total of 3 1/2 hours there for this. The staff was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you have an urgent need because they are simply not interested in that..
Very Poor Service! Some of the dentist didn't know how to fix the whole in tooth, so I had to wait 45 mins for the main dentist to show up just to tell me to come back in 2 weeks. The staff is mean, and wont answer any of your questions. I really don't recommend this dentist office. Use your money some where else. Plus they won't numb your mouth all the way, you still feel pain,.
