2I was extremely disappointed with the care that my 5-year-old daughter and I received. This was my daughters first experience going to the dentist. I was made to feel like my child was abnormal. On multiple occasions the dental assistant spoke to my child in a deeming way, continuously stating that “we have rules” The Dentist explained to me that “he’s too old and no longer struggles with children like my daughter” I would caution any parent that might be thinking about taking their child there…

12I have been a patient of Dr. Sherman for many years. I think he is an outstanding dentist for the many reasons. He is proficient at his craft - he assesses the situation and devises a remedy that often exceeds my expectations. He sets an excellent example for his team and thus ensures his standards are met throughout the organization. He\'s empathetic. He listens, explains his approach, and strives to make me feel comfortable during a procedure. He’s responsive. He will adjust his schedule to accommodate me in certain situations (i.e. emergency procedure). He’s a great dentist and an even better person.
