He and Dr A were the top two dentists i have had the good fortune of seeing for 40+ years... as life moves on, they have both now retired, as they deserved to do, but finding a new dentist who is even close when it comes to caring and professionalism will be extremely difficult. Enjoy your retirement gentlemen! Larry K

CONTINUED... reschedule the cleaning. The woman would not just reschedule and kept saying you need to sign the paperwork. I repeated three times, I need to go, please schedule me for the cleaning. She would not schedule me and absolutely insisted I sign the treatment plan for the unnecessary crown. When I returned a few days later for the cleaning I was told I owe $90. I asked her to explain because I have insurance. She indicated the doctor prescribed the cleaning with irrigation. She could not explain what this extra upcharge was and I told her I did not want irrigation, just a normal cleaning. She told me that was not possible. Furthermore, she told me the patient does not choose their treatment and I could not refuse the irrigation. So, if the doctor said he needed to pull three of my teeth I do not have the choice if I want a cleaning. Then she tells me I am obligated because I signed the treatment plan. Remember they FORCED me to sign! Needless to say, I walked out.
