Modern Dentistry and Dr. Natalie Le made it clear that no access to dental care can be provided until the patient undergo and pay out of pocket for deep cleaning. I clean my teeth every 6 months and usually get gum measurements of 2's and 3's. Yet, Modern dentistry fabricate higher numbers so that they justify their decision to have you undergo unnecessary expensive deep cleaning. I got a second opinion shortly after I left their office. The second opinion confirmed my regular dentist's measurement. Modern Dentistry have proven not to care about the patients' well-being but their bottom line. They are willing to employ deception tactics to get your business. The staff are usually friendly when you do as they say, but become rude and aggressive when you challenge their assessments and requirements. This is what I call conditional care. I have requested my medical records three times from Modern Dentistry, but no response or records were provided. .
Dr Rehack is thorough, friendly, professional, and a stickler for detail. I have a phobia about going to the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. Most of all, he is very PATIENT! This man really puts his patients first..
I hate going to the dentist, but Dr Babao and her team made it very comfortable to me. She also did not try to up sell me on any procedures, which I find common in dentists. Thank you Dr Babao!.
