1OFFICE CANCELLED TWO APPOINTMENTS DUE TO HER NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE ME. FIRST TREATMENT WITH HER WAS AWFUL. I HAVE SENSITIVE TEETH AND EVEN BEFORE SHE STARTED WORKING ON MY FILLINGS THAT DAY, SHE MADE COMMENTS ABOUT NOT BEING SURE SHE COULD TREAT ME BECAUSE OF MY SENSITIVITY. I HAD ALREADY INVESTED MONEY IN MY TREATMENT, INSURANCE BILLED FOR X-RAYS.SHE LEFT BEFORE FINISHING MY FILLING, CAME BACK, ANESTHETIC WAS GONE, SAID I WOULD HAVE TO ENDURE DISCOMFORT IN ORDER FOR HER TO FINISH.

1First time going, was for myself and they stated I needed some "deep cleaning" and was ready to finance me, run my credit etc and refused to do the regular cleaning. Went to another dentist and was told that I only needed a regular cleaning, which was what I thought. Then, I took my 11 year old daughter there for the $59 special, paid when leaving and then 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail stating the balance was still due. They had no record of my payment that they gave me a receipt for, had to fax over my bank statement to prove payment. REALLY????? Do not go there they are a racket! Worst 2 experiences of my LIFE!
