How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
1Dr. Coleman has horrible "bed side manner". My daughter has an extreme phobia of needles and the second he sensed her tense up, he acted completely out of line telling her that it was irrational and that at some point she was going to have to overcome this fear. My daughter was diagnosed with pancreatitis at age three. She's been poked and stuck more times than she can count. He acted like my daughter was overreacting which made her more upset. Even his assistants act afraid of him. Like they're afraid to make a mistake or he'll "freak out" as one of them said. Will be changing dentists immediately.
