How Patients FeelNEGATIVE
I called to get appointments for my children, however was questioned about their previous dentist and this seemed to be a problem for the lady that answered the phone. Obviously they don't want to see children that have been to another dentist or they don't want to accept the insurance that my children have. Either way, this was rude and unprofessional. Apparently they don't want or need any new patients.
