Wouldn't recommend this dentist. More interested in payment than treatment. I made an appointment for specific procedure and when I got in the chair they didn't know why I was there so the receptionist hadn't paid attention when I called for the appointment evidently. I had already had an examination and treatment plan prior to this visit. Once I explained again what I was there for, they were willing to do the treatment but since they hadn't contacted my dental plan, I would have to pay up front for the procedures. I then left without seeing the dentist and without any work done. I stopped by the receptionist and asked for a refund of the over payment made for the filling I had previously had done and I was told it had to be approved by the doctor. Still haven't received it...a whopping $9. However, I did receive information from my plan that he did charge for the visit I had nothing done and had not seen the dentist. They evidently don't communicate too well here, but they are quick to receive payment. Will not visit nor will I recommend this dentist. I took a day off to get the work done and because they didn't carry out due diligence I was out and still need the work done..
No introduction, He was extremely rude, has no respect for his patients or staff members. I would not recommend him to anyone. Albert Ruezga is a terrible DDS. Take the time and find a real dentist who cares about their patients and not just money..
Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ruezga really takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. The occasional wait but for the most part they seem to keep on time. One time I had to wait a little longer than I wanted so Dr. Reuzga offered me a free whitening for my troubles!! The new Office Manager, Brenda is such a great person and really seems to know her stuff when it comes to implants and dentistry overall..
The office is not what it used to be, clueless staff, X-ray machine running right in the middle of the walk way, the place needs serious upgrades hasn't been invested in, the new office manager and back office supervisor are quacks. I would have recommended this place about 8-10 years ago, but definitely not anymore.... Just my opinion.
