Dr. Hay has been my dentist for over 20 years and has been consistently "Dr. Do it Right". He's a perfectionist, a quality I admire where my dental care is concerned! I have many, many crowns and an implant which all look great. I've even had another dentist want to look at the color of my front crowns. I think Dr. Hay has taken great care of my dental needs and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a meticulous, caring person doing his best for their dental needs. It pleases me that Dr. Hay and his staff listen carefully and go out of their way to be accomodating. If I call the office with a question for him, he will later personally answer it. I feel pampered in the office, reclining in the exam chair while listening to music, receiving gas if warranted, keeping warm under a blanket if I'm cool, all the while getting my hands moisturized with a wax treatment. Too, it's nice to know that the folks you are dealing with are "just good people". If I have something done which could produce pain or sensitivity later, he will call me at home to be sure I'm doing OK. And, Dr. Hay is not only a dentist but family man, father of two adopted children, Sunday School teacher for seven year olds, an avid outdoorsman and hunter. His staff, similarly, are real warm hearted people I look forward to seeing during my appointments. I would recommend the Hay dental practice to anyone. When I go home from the upscale "fancy" office, I am given a little shopping bag with my next appointment card, a new toothbrush and container of floss AND warm cookies! What more could you want?
