1Part of my tooth recently broke off! I was so nervous to go in and get it fixed. Not only did Dr. Carpenter fit me in last minute, he also made me feel at ease! I really appreciate his professionalism; he made what I thought would be a painful experience a much more comfortable one!

17I was a new patient looking for sleep apnea treatment. Under the services menu on his website I clicked on sleep apnea treatment and 4 options are clearly listed. Home care, oral appliance therapy, CPAP and surgery. I assumed these were all options through his office and the fact that he only offers oral appliances, not CPAP or surgery is not disclosed anywhere. I called to make an appointment and they referred me to an at home sleep study company first. After that I had the appointment with Dr. Klein. It cost $255 with BCBS insurance and I showed up just to find out he doesn’t do CPAP, which is the first and best option for anyone with severe apnea that can deal with wearing the device. At no point was I made aware that the only thing he offers is oral appliances, which I feel should be disclosed early on when you’re a new patient with severe apnea. All I received were my sleep study results which I could’ve gotten from the company that conducts the test for $70 instead of $255.
