2Go elsewhere if you want your teeth cleaned! i.e. Early Feb. we had snow/ice storm on my appointment date. Everything closed. Left message for Mon. when they re-opened. They never called. After my pursuit, rescheduled to late July for 1st cleaning in over 1.5 years with them. i.e. Last August weather too dangerously hot, heat advisory. I\'m in elec wheelchair, service dog, elderly. Requires multiple buses hourly buses. I had to cancel because heat advisory. My punishment then was wait until March 2022 from Aug 2021. I did manage to contend for a Feb. appt. described above. I called Dr. Lowe directly, asking him to assist me. He doesn\'t return calls folks. Has one hygenist, only works on Fri. a.m. My insurance allows 2 cleanings/year. With Lowe, you\'re lucky if you get only 1 every 2 years. Pain for months following each procedure by Lowe. Advised him in person. Nothing. His dental asst. inattentive, poorly skilled for all of my procedures, wasn\'t just a bad few days.
