Price gauging post COVID: Avoid this orthodontist and poorly run front office! Quoted us $250 for braces removal and retainer came back today for appointment and demanded $500 payment for services. They were supposed to bill our insurance but the front desk said they cant bill our insurance because \"we arent patients.\" I believe removing braces and creating a retainer constitutes a patient. Probably too lazy to bill insurance or even run card. Another orthodontist came out and asked my daughter if we had visited other orthodontist to see if we would leave or pay. Waste of 2 hours
