19Zero star if there was an option. I came to the office as a new patient with a simple issue - one of the fillings fell out. I was waiting for 40 mins for doctor to come to start with. When he came finally he did not examine the tooth properly, just glimpsed at it being quite rude (complete lack of bedside manner). Then he left saying nothing. Finally someone from the staff came in saying that my insurance probably will not cover the filling (odd) but they have not checked it yet so they told me that they are going to charge $250 for the filling and maybe later they will file a claim for insurance. This was the worst experience of my life visiting a dentist.
