She was very rude and insensitive to me when I had questions on why I wouldn’t be offered a procedure when I was told I would if I brought the money. She accused me of eating too much candy and drinking pop, which I don’t. She suggested maybe I just get all my teeth pulled since I couldn’t take care of them long enough to ensure a crown. I didn’t take care of my teeth for over 10 years about 2 years ago, but since then, I have. She has never seen me before this appointment and for her to insinuate that was insulting. She didn’t want to work on my mouth today and tried to cancel after already numbing me. Luckily, there was another dentist there to complete the work scheduled today. I will never go back to her, and I hope anyone else with anxiety doesn’t have to deal with her either.
