This is probably the worst dental office in the entire state of Kansas. If you want to have your mouth trashed, this is the place to go. Before you even THINK about calling this place please READ this ... review. Dr. Natanov is WILDLY Unskilled in his profession and his attendants are even worse. I question if any of them have any formal training whatsoever. I originally fell for the reviews that you are now reading, and thought Albert Dental might be an OK place. I was incalculably wrong. Where do I even start. This dentist recommended that I undergo a root canal, and 2 crowns. Ok, so I trusted the dentist. I had no ill will toward this place. I went ahead with the procedure. That is where my NIGHTMARE began. It took Dr. Natanov nearly 4 hours to perform the operation, while tending to at least 2 other patients at the SAME TIME. Upon the completion of this procedure, I found myself in excruciating pain, and with a bite that was BADLY off. So bad that it was painful to even bring my jaw together. I notified Dr. Natanov that my bite was badly off, and after making 3 or 4 attempts at straightening my bite, he said to come back tomorrow if it is still off. I knew it was still off, and let him know that. He moved onto other patients. The next day, the pain was even worse. Not long after that, I start feeling ill. In the mean time, I am completely unable to eat ANYTHING, as I cannot even bring my teeth together .I made another attempt to have Dr. Natanov fix my bite, and after 5 minutes and a few attempts he told me "ok your good to go". At that point I knew I would get NO service at this HORROR SHOW of a clinic. That is when I contacted another specialist in the area. Upon seeing the work of Dr. Natanov, the other specialist was horrified. The gum line was badly infected, the bite was left significantly off, tooth decay in the area of the 2nd crown was left untreated, and due to his findings, informed me that any crowns built on "these impressions will without question be a disaster". From here, I think you can fill in the rest of the story. It has cost me over $5,000 to undo all of the damages that this third rate dentist created. I walked into his clinic with ZERO pain, and walked out feeling like I had just been mutilated by a chain saw. To top things off, this dentist still thinks I owe him money after being paid handsomely by the insurance company to perform sub-par work! I am currently submitting a formal complaint to the Kansas Board of Dentistry, and hope that they investigate this dentist and shut him down!!! DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE. STEER CLEAR!!! See more.

The most terrible dentist. After the treatment of filling one of my teeth, it's been hurting crazy. I went for check up again for that tooth, they tried to fix it. It still hurts so bad. I don't know what they are doing to the tooth. It is the most terrible place. Please don't go.
I genuinely wish I could review more than just the office staff. I am sure I would have liked the dentist and assistants just fine. After I dealt with the rude receptionist, I had a bad taste in my mouth about the experience and wrote a letter of complaint to the email on their website. I don't typically post complaints anywhere else, I usually find it unnecessary as I get a kind response from the business directly. I didn't end up getting my teeth cleaned because I started new insurance that apparently still has a couple weeks before its in effect. I apologized for my error but regardless the receptionist was rude and unfriendly from beginning to end- did not smile once. I didn't act upset at all when in the office. I was nice and friendly, unfortunately it wasn't reciprocated. I have been a manager- I know the complaints that I take seriously, so therefore when I complain I don't make personal attacks, admit my fault, and do not use bad language. I wish I had a copy of the email I sent so you can understand my shock in the response I got. I do want to say that the fact I had to reschedule was barely mentioned on my end, because it wasn't a big deal to me- the service was. No subject NO one was rude to you she was just explaining to you that your effective date wasn’t til May first, And she was very professional after reviewing the footage of the appointment, And she was very friendly in this matter, And that is your decision not to return to our Office, Thank you I this Matter Jayme Front Desk Administrator Antioch Dental Due to the unprofessional and unfriendly office staff, I cannot recommend anyone visit this office. i understand standing up for your staff as I have done the same when I was a manager- but that is not the way to do it.
