The new team at Dr. Knight's office is very professional at the cutting edge of new technology.Installs since the month of August.Bravo Doctor Louis. Job well done.Job.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, who does NOT respect you as a patient (I don't mean the dentist herself), they want to do to you what they want without any consent nor respect: I went there for teeth cleaning and I was told that I have to go through multiple sessions and that the first session would be for: x-rays, dentist has to check my teeth for cavities, technician has to do measurements and than they can start the cleaning, WHY ALL THIS?? I don't need any x-rays, so I kindly asked the technician if they can do it in one session (which I have done so far in so many dentist offices) since I don't have the time to go there for multiple times, then came a so called office manager who was extremely rude and started talking to me while being in my back (so ignorant) because I was laying on the dentist chair and she was behind me and didn't even bother to come to speak to me face to face and told me, without any hello: « I'm the office manager here and you haven't been on our chair for so long so we have to do all this in multiples sessions...» I said thank you very much, sorry I can't and left the office. Other than that, I went there for other teeth issues (not cleaning) in 2012 and the doctor was good in all sessions except in the last session where she really made me suffer because she couldn't remove a piece of a tooth in one root, it was Not a good experience at all, actually it was traumatizing..
