Al Shifa Dentistry Pa

I got to this dentist almost an hour early, and took time off work to go to this apt. When I got there I was the last one left as I saw people that just walked in to be seen before me....at 415ish I was called back. Well I had asked for an hour apt to be able to fix the cavities on my front tooth and behind my front teeth. They told me they would not have time because they closed at 4pm. So she did my front tooth and drilled to deep, to the point I'll need a root canal. I also jumped out of my chair. Then they kept putting ICE COLD WATER on my teeth. Which I several times to stop. The response was they could not. Wtf...Which by this time i was crying so hard I could barley breath. So by this time I said enough and was done with the drilling and the God damn cold water. So she half assed patched it and it is so not the color of my tooth. Then she went to file it down, with the cold water again. I'm so upset, I used to recommend this dentist. Natif the owner helped me keep whats left of a moler, put he was not able to do my 15min visit. From hell.... I'm done with this dentist, and will never recommend it.
