5Original post: Clean, staff up front is very friendly and Dr. Torres was amazingly nice. However, the hygienist, whom I spent the most time with, ruined the experience for me. I am an honest person, but honesty and tactfulness are not mutually exclusive. She made me feel uncomfortable enough that I asked her to stop the cleaning and left. The hygienist needs a lesson in bedside manner. I will make sure all my co-workers at the Board of County Commissioners steer clear of her, not necessarily the office itself though. I made an appointment to return, but I will be cancelling it and returning to my previous dentist. His office was not high tech like theirs, but at least the people there were never judgmental. Update: Someone from the office called me today (4 days after visit) to follow up with me regarding my experience. The receptionist was very nice and offered to set me up with a different hygienist (which, in all fairness, they offered to do the same day I was there). Unfortunately, once I get a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) for a place, it is impossible to win me back over. They get an extra star for trying though! Not many places care enough about their reputation to follow up.

3She is the least personable person I have ever met. She doesn’t seem to have any passion for dentistry, loyalty to her patients or staff members. Every time I come in there’s an office full of new faces and opinions on my oral health.
