36The doctor in this office is OK but his receptionist Cassandra is horrible!!! I made a an appointment for my child with the office and gave them my dental insurance information along with the phone number several days in advance to verify the coverage and instead of the office verifying the coverage on my child ahead of time they complete the exam along with the bells and whistles and then verifies the coverage after the exam only to find out that my child wasn’t covered and they then give me the bill. If I knew my child did not have coverage beforehand I would not have had him go through with the exam. Cassandra then continues to argue with me on the phone about how because we have no coverage we are responsible for the bill and it is not their responsibility to verify coverage before the appointment. To me this is bad practice and to be quite frank a total rip off!!!

1Dr. Ladds does an excellent job explaining procedures. He and his staff have an excellent chair side manner. The office is bright, inviting and clean. The entire staff is very upbeat and willing to help out with any questions. This is particularly important to me as my wife and I had been with the dentist whom Dr. Ladds purchased the practice from for over 30 years. Your dental care couldn\'t be in better hands.
