Dr. Kaitlyn Lagesse

Professional Statement

Our restorative specialist, Dr. Kaitlyn Lagesse, received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While at the University of Illinois, Dr. Lagesse received multiple awards for her clinical skills, leadership, and academic standing, including the Dr. Adalbert L. Vlazny Award in Recognition of Excellence in Operative Dentistry and Clinical Skills, the Edgar D. Gifford DDS Scholarship in Recognition of Excellent Academic Standing, and the Frances Best Watkins Award in Recognition of Outstanding Leadership Skills & Excellent Academic Standing. In addition, she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a prestigious national dental honor society.

Dr. Lagesse has a passion for general dentistry and providing the highest quality of care to every patient. When she is not working in private practice, she volunteers providing dental care to the underserved populations in and around Chicago.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lagesse enjoys playing soccer (she was an NCAA Division III player), cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her beloved bulldog, Maeve. She currently lives in Chicago with her new husband, Afshin.
