I took my 7 year old to this dentist she needed work done the Dr. Gave her a referral to go under ro get the work done which I understood but my daughter had 1 tooth that she was in pain over the Dr. Said it could take more than a month before she is seen with that referral so I asked if she could extract her tooth and put a spacer just that one tooth she said NO... I asked why and I was told because she doesn't want to do it. That was last month we came back the next month because she was in so much pain now my daughter is in pain and her tooth is infected The Dr. Said we should've had antibiotics the last time we came but they forgot to give it to her they gave it to us now after the fact but she still refused to do the procedure. The Dr. Had one of her people come to talk to me she blamed me for my daughter being in pain saying you shouldve made the appointment for her to go under and she wouldnt be here in pain how do you know that when that appointment takes months to book you are assuming she would've been seen shes here in pain because they forgot to scan the prescription for my daughter on her first visit so she could have the antibodics she needed but instead of admitting that they did not give her the antibodics the first time they blamed me I will never go back there and if anything gets worst with my daughter I have no problem suing this practice for negligence. Update I was contacted and told that they will no longer see my daughter because I did not leave them a good review on google they are trying to force my experience into a lie in order for my daughter to be seen this practice is disgusting and should be sued..

This was my second root canal procedure with Dr. Burch but due to a vertical fracture of one of the roots it was agreed that he not perform the root canal. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the care given and his staff is five star. I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks.

Dr. Labrada and Tasha were the best Had to get a tooth extracted, no pain at all what so ever. Not even when he said you will feel a little pinch... his explanation of everything was the best!!! So glad my friend referred me to use him.
