4As a long time patient and someone who has always respected Dr. Darling, the recent staffing changes including but not limited too the addition of the office manager, Betty Taylor, has left the atmosphere of the office bitter. Betty Taylor is a passive aggressive person and does not care about the patients wishes and history. The newer front assistant, Haley Wiley, misunderstood what I had asked regarding my dental hygienist who I typically see, Amira, and scheduled me with a brand new hygienist and when I asked to be rescheduled to my typical hygienist Haley pointed out a black young lady who was passing by the front desk and insisted I see her as I am also black. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I have decided to seek dental care elsewhere.
