1I have been in customer service for...well my entire lifetime. What I experienced at Premier Dental was GREAT customer service! I walked in and was instantly greeted by name and then shown around the office (my first visit there). Anyone that we ran into greeted me kindly and seemed very genuine. They even had a small welcome gift and note. The first visit was very detailed and everything was explained in just the amount of detail I wanted (one of the questions they first asked was how much detail you want about what they are doing!). They have some of the newer "toys" out there in dentistry so you are getting the best that there is. I'll be bringing the family back for sure.

5From the very moment that you walk in the door at Premier Dental you feel like you are the only patient there. As a first time patient I was not sure what to expect at my first visit, I learned more about my teeth in that first visit than I have ever even had explained to me by previous dentists. Every single staff member who was a part of my care put me at ease and solidified my decision to come to Premier Dental! I will never go anywhere else!

4Do not go to this office! There is a dental hygienist here who scrapes your gums so badly. My entire family has complained to each other separately about this. Now, my sister went in for a routine dental cleaning and two days later, on Christmas morning, ended up with AN INFECTION! Half her face was swollen, and she had a fever. Dr. Beck insists this is not his office’s fault and demands my sister pay for the office visit necessary to fix this problem.

2I had an appointment today at Midlands Dental Group. The appointment was scheduled months ago; however, when I went to the office the employee told me that they canceled my appointment because I didn't respond to their call when they tried to confirm it (1 call). The call was unidentified, and as someone (among many others) who receives a lot of spam calls, one call would blend very easily with other unidentified spam calls. Yet, after only one call, they canceled my appointment immediately to book someone else in my place (the old: "cash comes first, client second" we all want to avoid). The irony is that I was recommending this office to someone who just moved in here on Reddit (I went and deleted the message now) because I thought the place is pretty decent; but well, not anymore. I understand that medical offices usually call before the appointment, this is a common practice, all my doctors do it. But none of them canceled my appointment right after I missed one call. The people here were not even showing a real effort to fix the problem, it was as if I missed the 'happy hours' or something and I have to deal with it! I am disappointed that now I have to look for another dentist, but fortunately, there are a lot in town. And therefore, I would recommend you as well to look among those OTHER dentists. Because if you are going to assign yourself to people who have no obligations toward their clients, then you will have more than your toothache to worry about.
