5We just moved to a very small town where one could probably count the total number of dentists on one hand. A coworker had visited Ms. Cassilly\'s practice for a cleaning and told me about it. So, I stopped by. My experience was awful. In my opinion, I found her to be abrupt, lacking in proper bedside manners, and ungracious. I was genuinely shocked at her behavior because I never expected such ill-mannerism from any sort of professional, let alone, one in healthcare. I guess the bar is very low in small towns, such that one can be as rude and as self-important as one wants without worrying about blowback from customers. How incredibly shameful. The only saving grace of that visit was the amazing assistant who took her time to treat me with kindness and respect - two traits that all decent human beings should portray (for anyone who didn\'t get the memo as a child).
