This review is based on my perspective as the spouse of a patient of Bright Now! Dental on Martin Way in Lacey, Wa. She spent the last 1 to 2 months after being informed of multiple teeth issues that needed to be addressed getting the runaround, and rudely might I add. She eventually had 1 root canal after waiting nearly 3 weeks for an appointment with their "travelling" endodontist since there was no other availability any sooner. This was all despite her pain growing more unbearable by the day. Immediately after the procedure things (pain) got worse for her and they kept scheduling her for appointments and implying there was nothing they needed, or could, do to help her. I won't bore you with the many (and I mean MANY) other stories of being treated poorly from the front desk to the dentist/endodontist staff. They always seemed to imply it was not an emergency or, even less appealing, implying it was in her head. The moral of the story is today we finally had enough...found another endodontist and got in within an hour of leaving Bright Now! Really, 1 Hour...door to door. This other endodist agency, and you can read my future review about them, took minutes....probably 15 total to determine that she had a slight infection in the root canal that was just done, an abscess across her entire left gum line, the filling on the root canal already done was too high and adding to her sensitivity, and she needed another root canal on the adjacent tooth. He also added her abscess was close to bursting and then could require an ER visit. The only redeeming quality of this place is the easy, and I mean easy in house credit they offer to ANYONE who walks in the door, guaranteed. My question to you though is this, is easy credit worth sub-par service. NO!!! Read my reviews on Yelp if you think that I'm somebody who only comments when angry, I'm not. Go here at your own risk...your life may be in the balance.
