Took my son in for his first consult and I was very impressed with the staff and their level of professionalism. The team seems to really connect with the patients and everyone there was more than willing to answer our questions. My son is now excited to get braces.

I expected more from this woman and I wanted to receive the best care. However, she left a wreckage in my mouth. The extraction procedure was incomplete as she could not do it. She broke the root, and left the twisted tooth still in my mouth. She knew better but said nothing and left the room. I called for her as she was about to exit the clinic and left me with her assistant. She said it would take 3 months to heal before an implant could be done. This was unconscionable and in violation of her dental license. All the mess was covered in blood and a cotton swab. I could not determine what had transpired other than that it continued hurting. I assumed it was part of the healing process. She never called to inquire how I was doing, but charged me $1,777. for the travesty. This is equivalent to a drive by shooting and speeding away from the crime!!
