The Doctor is friendly, warm, caring and gentle; my family and I have been her patients for 12+ years now; but the last experience we had has broken our loyalty; I was charged over and above the generous insurance company payment and did not get a good explanation when I called; also, I was charged a very steep cancel fee for a Saturday appointment that I was late for; had I known that there was a late / cancel fee, I would not have made the appointment in the first place; the office staff that I spoke to for both the issues was very curt and rude; despite our long association with this Doctor, this last experience has left a bad taste and don\'t think our family will go back again.
