Dr. Scales and her staff are rigid and not accommodating. Dr. Scales and the staff need to put some RESPECT on the more mature patients\'names. Address them as Mr., Mrs., Dr., etc.; not by their first name. They could learn a few lessons of professionalism from the Great Expressions\' General Dentistry practice.
