Pleasant Valley Dental

Sitting in the waiting room of Dr. Zaugg, I felt immediately calm. I thought, "This place has pride in their business." The decor is soothing and has a style about it that is warm and welcoming. I have only praise for Dr. Zaugg's staff. They are respectful, capable and they have confidence in themselves and the work they do. That confidence puts me at ease. Dr. Zaugg is soft spoken, humble and offers kind, compassionate care. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He consults with me when there is a decision to be made. He works as gently as possible. I would eagerly recommend Dr. Zaugg and his staff.

The office staff and dentist made my dental visit as comfortable as possible.
