Terrible...we will never [and have never] been back! Took my daughter to her office for a cavity and the office staff members were very kind and caring. However, afterwards, my child was sad and upset after attempting to tell the doctor she wasn\'t fully numb during the extraction. All the doctor would tell her is, \"Oh, stop being a baby...it doesn\'t hurt that bad.\" Thank God my daughter wasn\'t fully traumatized after this ordeal. Needless to say, we have since found a MUCH BETTER and more caring dentist in Kingwood. Good luck! This dentist needs to improve her bedside manner.
