16I called this morning to inquire about the type of insurance that Dr. Dinga accepts. If unfriendliness displayed by the young lady answering the phone is indicative of the level of service expected, I will continue searching for a dentist. The young lady who answered the phone did not appear very friendly; she was rather curt and short with her answers. She did not provide her name; however, I did provide mine and asked my question. I then asked her name (Vanessa). First impressions count, who would want into an office first thing in the morning and be greeted by someone so unfriendly. :(

4Dr K and his staff are outstanding. The office is convenient, bright and cheery. I’ve had everything from cleanings to crowns, and Dr K is very gentle. Debbie at the front desk as well as the hygienists and techs are all praiseworthy. This is a good office.
