1She drilled into the wrong tooth. It was the tooth she had already, recently done, and it did not need root canal again. She should have known the tooth to drill because of teeth being specified by number. The owner of the practice accepted this as the standard of care in that office and said it was a simple mistake. Too simple. Do not give them a chance to make a mistake in your care.

5First time patient after moving to the area a few months ago. Everyone was so kind and Nicole and Dr. Johnson were great at explaining everything and made the \"chore\" of going to the dentist enjoyable! Definitely glad I chose NWA Family Dental!
