I had to replace one of 7 crowns, gave him the name of the person in CA that made the crowns,they were Empress One's. I gave him a picture of the original 7 teeth. He had his own guy in CA so I figured he would be just as good. The crown came in and I took a look at it and knew it was horrible. It looked like it was made for someone else, he said "it doesn't look that bad". REALLY!! I went back to NY and had it taken out, it now matches perfectly as if it never happened.
